Evaluate & Create a Plan
Once your evaluation is completed, an individualized treatment plan will be created, and your occupational therapy plan will be put in place to support progress towards your goals.

Available home and community safety assessments are critical in identifying the least risky way to return to desired and required activities.
Caregiver education & counseling is also available to identify methods to adjust to their role in order to reduce the impact of caregiving responsibilities.
